«Ее били и пинали ногами, свалив на землю. Били до полуобморочного состояния! Но, к большому сожалению, в момент избиения поблизости не оказалось никого, кто бы мог вмешаться и остановить это зверство. Когда издевательства закончились они просто оставили беззащитную избитую девушку лежать на снегу!» – рассказала группе «Инцидент Нижний Тагил» во «ВКонтакте» женщина, снявшая видео.
В пресс-службе ГУ МВД по Свердловской области заявили, что на данный момент заявлений о случившемся в отделы полиции Нижнего Тагила не поступало.
«Распространяющейся в Сети ролик будет изучен сотрудниками службы по делам несовершеннолетних, а также будут установлены участники этого конфликта для принятия обоснованного решения», — рассказал «КП»-Екатеринбург официальный представитель регионального главка Валерий Горелых.
