Воронежские инспекторы ДПС обнаружили съехавшую в кювет «ГАЗель», за рулём которой был водитель с признаками алкогольного опьянения. Один из сотрудников полиции предложил мужчине пройти освидетельствование, однако нарушитель воткнул ему в глаз отвёртку.
Инцидент произошёл 23 января в селе Заброды Калачеевского района Воронежской области.
— Находясь на переднем пассажирском сиденье, он нанёс сотруднику полиции удар в правый глаз отвёрткой, которую хранил в кармане куртки. 30-летний инспектор ДПС получил ранение правой глазницы с повреждением тканей головного мозга, которое квалифицируется как тяжкий вред здоровью, — говорится в сообщении регионального ГУ МВД.
Пострадавший сотрудник полиции был госпитализирован, а пьяного водителя задержали на месте и арестовали до суда. В отношении него возбуждено уголовное дело по статье «Посягательство на жизнь сотрудника правоохранительного органа», сообщает Следственное управление СК РФ по региону. За такое преступление может грозить ответственность вплоть до пожизненного лишения свободы. Состояние раненого сотрудника ДПС оценивается как тяжёлое.
